Mustard Mayonnaise Salad

The creamy dressing contrasts beautifully with the crunchy salad vegetables in this tangy dish.

Ingredient

red onion one half Peel the onion, carrot and apple. Dice all the vegetables and mix in a bowl with the nuts.

celery 2 sticks
walnut halves 100g
     
mustard powder 2 tsp Add the vinegar to the mustard powder and mix to form a smooth paste.
white wine vinegar 2 tsp
     
vegan mayonnaise 4 dstsp Add the mayonnaise to the mustard paste and mix well.
     
    Add the mustard mayonnaise dressing to the bowl containing the salad vegetables and stir to ensure everything is coated.
     
   
Serves 6
